At the same time, the mistake most often made by new owners is, as a rule, that when purchasing a finished house, all attention is paid exclusively to checking the quality of the building. Act, meanwhile, should be different.

First of all, you need to make sure that the land on which the house is built, from the very beginning, was acquired by the developer legally, and not is self-capture. It should be borne in mind that the current legislation provides for two types of use of land by private individuals: rent and ownership.
